If you have purchased a ticket for one of our events, you have the right to return it within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer service with your order number and the details of the purchase. Please note that no refunds are possible after the 14-day period. Make sure the e-mail address is spelled correctly

In most cases, the e-mail address was entered incorrectly in the form - such as a typo. If this is the case, the e-mail will of course be sent to the wrong address and not to you. Therefore, first try to re-enter your e-mail address and make sure it is spelled correctly.

Check the Spam Folder

E-mails also often fall victim to increasingly strict spam filters. You have a folder in your e-mail provider called "Spam", "Advertising" or "Junk e-mail" (depending on the provider, it may be called something else). Check this folder to see if you can find the emails. If this is the case, you should definitely take the following very simple steps to prevent this from happening in future and to be able to continue using free programs:

1. Open the mail in your spam folder. In most programs, you will be offered the option "Unblock sender" or "Move to inbox" at the top.
2. Save the email address [email protected] under your contacts.
